Team Carney, Inc. is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to modernize the USPTO training curriculum. The role involves writing storyboards, scripts, and interactive assessments for 25 target eLearning modules in collaboration with development teams.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of instructional design experience, a Bachelor's degree in ID/Education/English, and strong technical writing skills. Government contracting experience and USPTO familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or English.
• Strong technical writing capabilities.
• Experience turning technical, legal, or regulatory documents into digestible course flow.
• Working in a Government contracting environment experience requested.
• Recent USPTO and Patent program experience preferred.
