Job summary

KAISER in Pasadena is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer, Technical Training to develop learning solutions across Kaiser Permanente Southern California. You will create interactive eLearning, videos, simulations, graphics, and instructor‑led training, partnering with clinicians and staff to assess needs and support KP HealthConnect and enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in technical writing or content management.
• Minimum one year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Bachelors Degree in Education, Communication, Business Management, Nursing, Psychology, or related field AND minimum five (5) years of experience in instructional design, adult education, or a directly related field, OR minimum eight (8) years of experience in instructional design, adult education, or a directly related field.
• Proven ability to design and implement professional development training and eLearning content.
