Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build proactive relationships, provide resources and expertise to teammates and members.
• Independently design and revise training content and courses; ensure curriculum accuracy.
• Identify and implement training modalities (e-learning, in-person, blended) and programs.
• Lead needs assessments for training and performance issues; develop program plans with scope, schedule and resources.
• Measure training effectiveness by analyzing evaluations and outcomes; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Deliver training programs, leverage adult learning principles, and guide learners toward objectives.
