Job summary

BitGo seeks an experienced Sales Director for remote or onsite work in the US, primarily in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will drive institutional client relationships, secure new revenues, and represent BitGo's custody, wallets, and prime services to large institutions.

You will leverage a 10+ year background in financial services or fintech sales, a strong network across banks and institutions, and fluency with finance and tech terminology to close strategic deals and contribute to global

Qualifications

10+ years in institutional or enterprise sales or related front office roles.
Strong network across banks, treasuries, pensions, endowments and family offices.
Ability to translate finance and technical concepts for clients.

Responsibilities

Increase revenues across BitGo's custody, wallets, and prime solutions by acquiring new clients.
Represent BitGo in client meetings and at industry events in the US and globally.
Understand regional market microstructure and evolving competitor landscape.
Lead end-to-end sales life cycle: proposals, presentations, onboarding coordination.
Become an expert in BitGo custody, trading, derivatives, staking, and lending.
Work autonomously across teams to manage client requests and initiatives.
Conduct product demos and deep dives to meet client needs.
