Job summary

BitGo, a digital asset infrastructure leader, seeks an Institutional Senior Sales Associate in Palo Alto to drive revenue across wallets, custody, and related services. This full-time onsite role reports to the MD, Head of Institutional Sales and targets crypto-focused institutions.

You will leverage a strong network, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and become an expert in BitGo’s offerings while collaborating with trading, lending, operations and compliance teams to onboard clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of institutional or enterprise sales experience.
• Strong network across the institutional segment.
• Strong grasp of finance and technical terminology.
• Agility and willingness to learn new products/technology.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenues across BitGo’s solutions by acquiring new client relationships.
• Represent BitGo products in client meetings and industry events in the US region and occasionally globally.
• Understand regional market microstructure and evolving regional competitor landscape.
• Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle, including preparing presentations, proposals, and onboarding coordination.
• Become an expert in BitGo’s custody, trading, derivatives, staking, and lending.
• Work autonomously in a fast paced environment, driving and managing client requests across multiple teams.
• Conduct demos and product deep dives to meet client needs.
