Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a professional to act as a trusted partner in a team-based coverage model for North American institutional clients. You will deliver a high-quality client experience across investment excellence, operational excellence, consistency, and partnership.

You will build strong relationships with clients, consultants, custodians, and administrators while coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and supporting onboarding, reporting, and due diligence.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional asset management, relationship management, client service, investment operations, consultant relations, or a related investment-focused environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and timely, high-quality work.
• Ability to collaborate in a team, support senior colleagues, own responsibilities, and escalate issues.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner in a team-based coverage model for North American institutional clients delivering high-quality client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, custodians, and administrators (travel may be required).
• Coordinate client meetings, agenda development, and preparation of materials; follow-up on actions.
