Job summary

Janus Henderson Investors in Denver seeks an institutional client relations professional to partner with North American clients and cross-functional teams across investment, sales, and product specialists. You will coordinate meetings, manage onboarding, and deliver accurate reporting while maintaining CRM data.

You will support senior relationship managers, contribute to client retention and growth plans, and work in a hybrid environment with competitive benefits and a strong focus on client

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional asset management and client relationship management.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, timely work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and elevate issues when needed.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner in a team-based coverage model for North American institutional clients.
• Coordinate client meetings and prepare materials; follow up on action items.
• Support senior relationship managers, onboarding, reporting requirements, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate client activity and opportunities in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Contribute to client retention and growth by identifying opportunities with specialists.
