Job summary

Janus Henderson Group seeks a client relationship professional to serve North American institutional clients within a team-driven coverage model. You will deliver high-quality experiences across investment excellence, operational excellence, and partnership, while maintaining client data in Salesforce.

You will build relationships, support onboarding and reporting, coordinate meetings, and contribute to retention and growth with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Chicago setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional asset management or client service.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner in a team-based coverage model for North American institutional clients delivering a high-quality client experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, custodians, and administrators.
• Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, agenda development and follow-up on actions.
• Support onboarding, reporting requirements, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate client activity and opportunities in internal systems including Salesforce.
• Contribute to retention and growth initiatives with cross-functional teams.
