Job summary

TIAA in Frisco, TX seeks an Institutional Onboarding Consultant to lead technology-enabled onboarding and ongoing plan administration for institutional retirement clients. You will act as the single point of contact for Relationship Managers, Operations teams, and internal partners across SRK, MVC, MVAS, and OSS services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outsourced services experience, a university degree preferred, and a track record in client onboarding and incident tracking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retirement/outsourced services
• Advanced knowledge of retirement services, platforms and products
• Ownership of onboarding activities (MVAS/STAC) and incident tracking
• Proven ability to respond to internal stakeholders and provide solutions

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing plan administration and recordkeeping platform support
• Serve as primary point of contact for Institutional Retirement Relationship Managers and Operations teams
• Document SOPs, track incidents, and identify proactive controls
• Understand new features and highlight impacts to the client book
• Assist with client onboarding/implementation and issue resolution
