Job summary

TIAA's Institutional Consultant role provides primary inbound/outbound call center support to Institutional Plan Sponsors using the ATC service line, delivering guidance on plan design, retirement education, and plan compliance.

You will build sponsor relationships, educate third-party advisors on lifetime income solutions, and assist with Form 5500 filings while navigating fiduciary and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retirement plan support.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensed.
• Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) – Multiple Issuers.
• Able to provide plan design, compliance guidance and fiduciary support.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound/outbound call center support to Plan Sponsors on ATC services.
• Advise on plan design, governance, compliance, audits, and nondiscrimination testing.
• Educate third-party advisors on lifetime income solutions and plan education.
• Maintain sponsor relationships and respond to inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Navigate regulatory changes and provide consultative guidance on fiduciary issues.
