Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Institutional Trust sales or business development.
• Experience prospecting and managing complex client opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Trains internal partners on the positioning of TIAA Trust as trustee.
• Reviews the internal partner’s book of business to identify prospects.
• Conducts all due diligence, prospect, and internal partner interaction to gather required documents and move the opportunity through the acceptance process.
• Work directly with prospect’s legal and tax advisors.
• Maintains careful and accurate records of the sales and due diligence process. Adheres to all internal process and procedures.
• Acts as a key engagement point for internal partners, not just in terms of prospecting, but in terms of subject matter expertise.
