Job summary

FalconX is seeking an Analyst for the Credit Business Operations team to drive high-impact initiatives across institutional lending. You will integrate Credit, Sales, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to streamline onboarding, compliance workflows, and product scaling.

You will manage credit client lifecycles, maintain governance dashboards, and partner with leadership to expand yield platforms across innovative digital asset sectors.

Qualifications

• Financial Services or Crypto experience a plus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with data analysis & translating insights into action.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Startup Operations, or similar.
• Strong operator who can overcome obstacles and navigate internally.
• Effective communicator both verbally and in written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end institutional client onboardings for credit facilities.
• Serve as operational connector between Credit, Sales, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
• Spearhead onboarding, streamline compliance workflows, and scale yield products.
• Translate credit strategy and yield initiatives into cross-functional plans.
• Project manage transformation initiatives across underwriting, collateral management, and risk infrastructure.
• Own monthly and quarterly business reviews, credit pipeline trackers, and project plans for top borrowers.
