Job summary

Webull is seeking a seasoned Institutional Professional Services Senior Associate in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will lead the primary client-service relationship for institutional clients, coordinating across teams to resolve inquiries, manage onboarding, and drive process improvements. You will design scalable workflows, develop training materials, and measure KPIs to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of experience at a financial institution, brokerage, or asset manager in a client service, operations, or similar role.
• Exceptional client-facing communication—both written and verbal—under pressure.
• Familiarity with institutional trading operations and asset classes (equities, ETFs, options, futures).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (Excel, ticketing systems like JIRA/Confluence, CRM).
• Experience in team leadership, process design, and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client service lead for Webull’s institutional clients.
• Provide expert support for inquiries related to accounts, trades, margin, funding, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate across trading operations, compliance, tech, and product to ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver onboarding support for new institutional clients, including training and documentation.
• Drive system implementations and process automation for better tracking and routing of requests.
• Design scalable workflows and service infrastructure for institutional client growth.
• Develop onboarding and training material for client-facing teams.
• Define and optimize KPIs and SLAs for service delivery.
