Webull Financial is seeking a driven professional to join its Institutional team in St. Petersburg, FL. You will serve as the primary client service lead for institutional clients, providing expert support on accounts, trades, margin, and onboarding.

You will coordinate with trading operations, compliance, tech, and product to ensure timely, clear resolutions and scalable workflows. The role emphasizes process design, KPI development, and creating training materials to standardize service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, business, economics, or a relevant field.
• Strong client-facing communication, written and verbal, under pressure.
• Experience with institutional trading operations and assets (equities, ETFs, options, futures).
• Proficiency with productivity tools like Excel and Jira/Confluence; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client service lead for institutional clients (brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, advisors).
• Provide expert support for inquiries on accounts, trades, margin, funding, transfers, statements, actions.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
• Deliver onboarding support, system walkthroughs, training, and follow-up with new clients.
