Webull is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Senior Associate to shape investor messaging, oversee quarterly earnings communications, and provide data-driven insights to leadership. Based in St.

Petersburg, FL, you will partner with the Head of Investor Relations and Business Development to deliver compelling investor materials and monitor market sentiment. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment requiring strategic thinking, credibility, and the ability to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, Communications, or related field.
4+ years of experience in relevant field for Senior Associate or 6+ years for Associate Director.
Experience in a public company environment; broker-dealer, fintech, or financial services preferred.
Proven ability to develop and deliver investor-facing materials, including earnings releases and presentations.
Strong understanding of capital markets and public company disclosure practices.
Experience analyzing sell-side research and financial models and translating insights into recommendations.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple high-visibility workstreams.
High judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail in a regulated environment.

Responsabilités

Advise executives on investor messaging, market positioning, and external perception.
Shape IR strategy, including investor targeting priorities and shareholder base optimization.
Lead end-to-end development of quarterly earnings materials and Q&A preparation.
Translate strategy and performance into clear investor messaging supporting near-term and long-term value.
Identify narrative gaps and areas where external messaging must evolve as the company scales.
Monitor sell-side research and investor sentiment; advise leadership and Board perspectives.
Collaborate with Finance to evaluate analyst models relative to guidance and risks.
Plan and execute the rolling 12-month investor engagement calendar.
Prepare senior executives for investor interactions with briefing materials.
Synthesize feedback into actionable recommendations for strategy and capital markets.
Support capital markets initiatives including offerings and investor days.
Improve IR processes and disclosure practices to align with regulations.
