Webull, a leading digital brokerage, seeks a Senior Associate to serve as the primary client service lead for institutional clients, including introducing brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, and financial advisors. You will coordinate with trading operations, compliance, tech, and product to ensure timely resolution and superior service.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a relevant field.
• 4–6 years at a financial institution in client service or operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication under pressure.
• Familiarity with institutional trading operations and asset classes.
• Strong analytical skills navigating complex systems quickly.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary client service lead for institutional clients—introducing brokers, hedge funds, asset managers, and financial advisors.
• Provide expert support and resolution for inquiries related to accounts, trades, margin, funding, asset transfers, and statements.
• Coordinate across internal teams (trading operations, compliance, tech, product) for timely resolutions.
• Deliver onboarding support for new institutional clients, including system walk-throughs and training.
• Drive system implementation and process automation to improve how requests are tracked and resolved.
• Design scalable workflows and service infrastructure to support client growth.
• Develop onboarding and training materials to ensure readiness.
• Define, measure, and optimize KPIs and service SLAs.
• Support ad hoc initiatives like campaigns, training, and market research.
