U.S. Bank is hiring a strong team leader for our Institutional Client Group (mid-cap). This person provides direction, strategic decisions, and overall leadership by managing middle market and commercial banking loan activity for a major geographical area at U.S. Bancorp.

The role focuses on expanding and servicing a variety of large and complex loans, leading relationship management, driving deposit growth and fee income, and collaborating with teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 15+ years of banking experience.
• Eight+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and strategic decisions by managing middle market/commercial banking loan activity for a major geographic area.
• Lead relationship management with a focus on customer dedication, deposits, and fee income growth.
• Expand and service a variety of large and highly complex loans for customers in the region.
• Take a leadership role in all aspects of relationship management across teams and lines of business.
