Job summary

Hobart Service, an ITW company, is seeking an experienced installer/technician to manage installation opportunities, surveys, quotes, and scheduling within CRM and Field Service platforms. You will ensure installations meet scope, safety practices, and customer expectations.

The role emphasizes strong project management, CRM proficiency, and coordination with dispatch to meet promised dates across customer sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of formal technical training and at least ten years of related experience.
• Equipment installation or similar experience.
• PC knowledge and suite of Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage installation opportunities in CRM to develop forecasts.
• Conduct site installation surveys for install feasibility and planning in CRM.
• Produce scope of works and customer quotes in CRM.
• Schedule installs with dispatchers and branch personnel in Microsoft Field Service.
