Job summary

Hussmann is seeking an Installation Project Supervisor to oversee on-site installation activities for HVAC/R systems at supermarkets and retail facilities. You will coordinate installers, read plans, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while maximizing project profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, project management, and the ability to interpret blueprints and documentation. Travel may be involved, with comprehensive training and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Required Level: High School OR Ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred level: Technical Degree
• Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 10 years with HS/GED

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned site branch Installation project, report progress to Installation Supervisor/Project Manager with the goal of safe, quality, efficient service.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and customer satisfaction.
• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments based on priority, equipment, and skill.
• Communicate with customers and representatives including owners and contractors.
• Manage forecasted cost at completion by reviewing hours and materials.
