Job summary

Hussmann seeks an experienced Installation Lead to manage on-site HVAC/R installation projects for supermarkets and cold storage facilities. You will supervise installers, coordinate material, and ensure schedules and budgets are met while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires reading plans, coordinating with owners and contractors, and delivering quality service with strong customer focus. Travel, nights, and weekends may be required based on site needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 10 years of related experience and/or training.
• HVAC/R experience in commercial settings preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation projects and report progress to supervision.
• Coordinate on-site activities, material estimation, and crew supervision.
• Read plans and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
