Job summary

Hussmann Corporation, a Panasonic subsidiary in the refrigeration sector, is seeking a skilled Installation Project Lead to oversee on-site installation and remodels for commercial refrigeration systems. You will manage schedules, coordinate teams, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction on diverse sites.

The role requires reading plans, coordinating with owners and contractors, and delivering projects within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or 10 years of related experience; technical degree preferred.
• EPA 608 certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned site branch installation projects and report progress to Installation Supervisor/Project Manager.
• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority and skill.
• Communicate with customers, owners, contractors, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with contracting processes and closeout procedures.
• Maintain forecasted cost at completion by reviewing hours and material costs.
• Coordinate on-site installation or remodel work with Installers and Helpers.
• Read and interpret plans and blueprints for energy management and refrigerant systems.
• Lead and manage the team, delegating tasks with minimal supervision.
