Qualifications

• 6+ years in insights, analytics, or related fields in pharma/healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Experience operating demand management across multiple teams or functions.
• Experience documenting operating model materials, process maps, and RACI frameworks.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and preparing leadership materials.
• Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Supports enterprise-wide scope spanning I&A pillars with primary responsibility for assigned areas.
• Day-to-day operator of the I&A demand management process – intake, tracking, aggregation, status reporting.
• Maintains artifacts of the I&A operating model: process docs, contracts, interfaces, and RACI.
• Builds credibility with pillar teams and cross-functional partners through reliable execution.
