This role requires a Bachelor's (advanced business degree preferred), extensive experience in strategic intelligence or corporate strategy, and a proven ability to influence

Qualifications

• Evidence translating complex information into strategic insights.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in matrixed organizations.
• Background in pharmaceutical/biopharma with external environment acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic intelligence initiatives informing Corporate Affairs and enterprise decisions.
• Translate complex analysis into actionable insights for senior leaders.
• Link external developments to business priorities; identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop enterprise perspectives to shape Corporate Affairs strategy.
• Turn priorities into focused intelligence questions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide trusted counsel on external dynamics.
• Identify intelligence gaps and anticipate developments with potential business impact.
• Foster cross-functional alignment across priorities and analyses.
• Strengthen intelligence capabilities and methodologies across the function; coach colleagues.
