Citizens Bank is seeking a Business Insights Senior Analyst to join the Treasury Solutions Revenue Management team. You will deliver data-driven reporting and analytics to inform pricing strategies and assess performance of Product and Relationship Managers.

The role emphasizes independent work with cross-functional collaboration, building dashboards in Tableau, and partnering with data scientists to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, or quantitative field.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, MS Office, other analytics tools & languages.
• 3+ years professional experience in an analytical role.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and to adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop full understanding of Commercial TS Analytics application (Tableau dashboards) to maintain and design self-service dashboards for key performance indicators.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce and Tableau UI/UX for ~150 users in Treasury Solutions.
• Use Excel and Tableau dashboards for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting; create visualizations to present to stakeholders.
• Be the TS Experience Owner by prioritizing, testing, and implementing upgrades with developers via Jira.
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop data models delivering next best product insights.
• Translate business needs into requirements and deliverables; work with partners to deliver solutions.
