Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Business Insights Senior Analyst to join the Treasury Solutions Revenue Management team. You will deliver data-driven reporting and analytics that inform pricing, product performance, and relationship management across five product suites.

In this role you will build self-service dashboards in Tableau, own Salesforce/UI UX for about 150 users, collaborate with data scientists, and translate business needs into concrete requirements. Strong Excel and SQL skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, or quantitative field.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Tableau, MS Office, other analytics tools.
• 3+ years professional experience in an analytical role.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and to adapt while focusing on goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets.
• Expert proficiency with numbers and analytics and experience in analyzing large amounts of data.
• Ability to manage and develop ongoing client relationships.
• Project management skills, including handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with market research and analyzing client behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau dashboards and self-service analytics for each user’s KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce and Tableau UI/UX for ~150 users.
• Use Excel and Tableau for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Be the TS Experience Owner by collaborating with developers via Jira.
• Work with data scientists to develop data models for insights.
• Translate business needs into requirements for solutions.
• Model annual sales goals for specialists across five product suites.
• Create ad-hoc reports for Sales, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
• Create training videos for new users and features.
• Outline and track UI improvement requirements (Salesforce, Alteryx/Tableau).
• Provide analyses to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve bias and quality issues.
• Identify opportunities for optimization in large data sets.
• Manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
