Citizens Bank is seeking a Business Insights Sr. Analyst to provide data-driven reporting and analytics for Treasury Solutions Revenue Management. You will create and maintain Tableau dashboards, lead Salesforce/UI improvements for ~150 users, and collaborate with data scientists to deliver insights that influence pricing and strategy.

The role emphasizes translating business needs into actionable analytics, developing models, and presenting findings to stakeholders for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, analytics, business or quantitative field.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, MS Office and analytics tools/languages.
• 3+ years in an analytical role with strong problem-solving and data storytelling.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience with market research and analyzing client behavior.
• Strong project management and multi-project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop full understanding of Commercial TS Analytics (Tableau dashboards) to maintain and design self-service dashboards for KPIs.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce and Tableau UI/UX for ~150 users in Treasury Solutions.
• Use Excel and Tableau for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting; create visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers (via Jira) to prioritize and implement upgrades.
• Work with data scientists to develop data models delivering next-best product insights.
• Translate business needs into requirements and deliverables for technical partners.
