Leidos is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Insider Threat Program under the HEITS Contract for DHS. The role oversees a team of engineers and architects to sustain and advance the program, with emphasis on staffing, budgeting, and delivering high-value security analytics and threat monitoring.
The candidate will work with DHS leadership, manage cost estimation and financial reporting, and drive program growth while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and rigorous risk management.
The Digital Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Senior Manager supporting the HEITS Contract as part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Insider Threat Program (ITP). This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to manage a team of engineers and architects to support the sustainment, development, and advancement of the Insider Threat program. The ITP mission is to identify insider threats to the department by utilizing advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation which in turn help address and eliminate potential threat actors from compromising the DHS mission in safeguarding the homeland.

Pay Range: $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
