Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Manager Insider Risk Investigations to identify, assess, and investigate insider risks that may expose the company to operational, financial, or reputational harm. You will lead data-driven reviews, coordinate cross-functional investigations, and strengthen the enterprise insider risk program.

The role requires strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, plus experience in risk management, fraud, and investigations.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in insider risk, fraud, investigations, compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting fact-finding reviews with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk-based reviews and investigations involving insider risk, fraud, data misuse, unauthorized access, and other violations.
• Analyze alerts and data from multiple sources to identify emerging risks and impact.
• Perform fact-finding, document reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to establish findings.
• Prepare clear reports with observations, risk assessments, findings and actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage cases and drive remediation.
• Identify trends across investigations to strengthen controls and monitoring.
• Support insider risk use cases, metrics, reporting, and governance.
• Use analytics to improve detection and efficiency.
• Assist in developing financial fraud awareness and training programs.
• Contribute to enterprise fraud risk assessments and governance.
• Stay current on insider risk trends and best practices.
