Job summary

The role requires expert understanding of requirements, solution sizing, supplier pricing, and presenting compelling offers across multiple product lines. The position focuses on supporting quotations for parts and buy-out items, mentoring junior staff, and leading initiatives to improve sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred, or equivalent technical school certification.
• 4–6 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the company’s services, product lines, sales territories, product applications, and pricing structures.
• Review, process, and submit customer orders.
• Quoting products and assemblies.
• Quoting multiple product lines within the vertical.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Operations, and Production Coordinators to address complex customer service issues.
• Lead special projects to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Navigate complex capital projects.
