Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Inside Sales to lead a team of managers and coaches, driving exceptional customer outcomes and fintech product adoption. You will translate priorities into plans, optimize operations, and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS.

You will balance commercial performance with responsible selling, while leveraging AI and analytics to improve productivity and retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or related field.
• 4+ years leading managers or team leads.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Experience growing customer-facing teams with hiring, onboarding, planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and team leads with clear performance expectations.
• Translate priorities into quarterly operating plans and goals.
• Scale operations with hiring, onboarding, and playbooks for growth.
• Monitor KPIs like funnel, adoption, retention with analytics tools.
• Coach teams on positioning payments and financial products.
• Ensure compliance and clear disclosures in sales processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, CS on launches.
