Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Success Advisor to lead a team of managers and coaches in delivering exceptional customer experiences for home service pros. You will translate strategies into operating plans, scale teams, and drive adoption of fintech products while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You’ll partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve go-to-market strategies and leverage AI tools to boost productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or related field.
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• Experience scaling customer-facing teams through hiring and onboarding.
• Proven track record improving engagement, product adoption, retention and outcomes.
• Experience using CRM, BI, and analytics platforms to monitor funnel performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and team leads.
• Translate priorities into quarterly operating plans and measurable goals.
• Scale team operations with hiring, onboarding, ramp programs, and playbooks.
• Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coach teams on positioning payments and fintech products for SMBs.
• Oversee customer engagement and product adoption initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS for fintech launches.
• Ensure compliance with disclosures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and test AI tools to improve productivity and conversion.
• Own hiring plans and succession planning while refining processes.
