Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Manager, Success Advisor to lead managers and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will translate priorities into operating plans and drive engagement, product adoption, and retention through data-driven, cross-functional collaboration.

You will guide teams in positioning fintech products, maintaining compliance, and delivering measurable business outcomes while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer success, account management, or related field.
• 4+ years of people management experience, including leading managers or team leads.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (MBA preferred).
• Experience scaling customer-facing teams through hiring, onboarding and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of managers and team leads with clear performance expectations.
• Translate priorities into quarterly operating plans and measurable team goals.
• Scale operations through hiring, onboarding, ramp programs, and playbooks for sustainable growth.
• Monitor KPIs and use analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coach teams on positioning payments, financing, and other financial products.
• Oversee customer engagement and product adoption initiatives balancing growth with compliance.
