Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the achievement of sales goals, including new and total written premium, policy growth, retention, and profitability.
• Manage, develop, and coach a team to build a high-performing, results-driven culture.
• Oversee agency segmentation, assignment, and engagement strategies.
• Leverage CRM as the central hub with TalkDesk integration for sales activity and pipeline management.
• Partner with regional sales, underwriting, and Marketing to align strategy and growth.
