Job Description

What you will do

  • Follow up with families referred to A Place for Mom, advising on next steps to drive move-ins.
  • Guide families to decide on senior living options, acting as a liaison between families and care providers.
  • Provide ongoing expertise to families after initial referrals.

What Will Make You Successful

Success is measured by outbound calls/texts, scheduling tours, sending referrals, and converting leads into move-ins to meet sales targets.

  • Passionate about proactive outreach via calls, texts, emails; empathetic; skilled in closing sales; knowledgeable about senior living industry.
  • Quick relationship builder over the phone.
  • Manage follow-up communications through the customer journey.
  • Understand community offerings and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of sales experience with proactive outreach and closing skills, able to overcome objections.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to multitask, including talking on the phone and taking notes.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.

Additional Information

Schedule

40-hour work schedule, may include evenings, weekends, end-of-month, and holidays.

Compensation

  • Hourly Base Salary: $24.76 ($51,500 annually)
  • On Target Earnings: $86,500 (Uncapped)
  • Benefits include 401(k) match, dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off.
