Zusammenfassung

CSS is seeking a Senior Representative - Inside Sales (Construction) to engage existing customers, increase sales, and upsell products. You will own a book of larger, more complex accounts and collaborate with outside sales to meet goals.

In this role you will meet performance targets, market products, develop relationships, and stay current on new offerings. Travel up to 25% may be required, and commission is earned in addition to base salary.

• Must have sales experience in the construction or distribution industry.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a team environment and mentor others.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
• Proven track record of building relationships with customers.

• Meets and exceeds performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration.
• Markets products and offers value-added services.
• Develops strong business relationships in growing existing accounts and prospects for opportunities within the base.
• Owns, qualifies, and develops opportunities from marketing, outside sales, national accounts.
• Keeps abreast of new products and acquires competitive knowledge.
• Reports industry trends, pricing and customer feedback to management.
• May function as the lead for other ISRs with respect to processes, systems, customers, etc.
