Job summary

CSS is seeking a Senior Representative - Inside Sales to engage with existing customers and drive sales of our products and services. You will own larger, complex accounts, upsell opportunities, and collaborate with outside sales to meet targets, while delivering value to customers and expanding the book of business.

The role emphasizes proactive selling and knowledge of products, with commission opportunities based on personal performance, and a focus on building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potential new accounts.
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in Sales and Sales Administration (4-5 years).
• Demonstrated high level of sustained competency as a professional contributor.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds performance measurements based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, efficiency objectives.
• Markets products and offers value-added services.
• Develops relationships in existing accounts and prospects for opportunities within the account base.
• Owns, qualifies, and develops opportunities from marketing, outside sales, national accounts.
• Keeps abreast of new products and shares competitive knowledge.
• Reports industry trends, pricing, and customer feedback to management.
• May function as the lead for other ISRs with respect to processes and systems.
