Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC seeks an Inside Sales Account Manager III to drive revenue in the United States. You will sell MSD’s portfolio by phone, build relationships with laboratory scientists, directors and executives, and create new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead development.

The role requires a proven B2B sales record, ability to manage accounts end-to-end, strong communication and CRM discipline, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field.
• Minimum eight years of B2B sales with a proven sales record.
• Industrial and/or academic sales experience required
• Laboratory experience or aptitude for lab techniques (ELISA/immunoassays preferred)

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for all products and meet metrics to reach those goals.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to expand existing business.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
• Perform daily pre-call planning to improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead development of strategies to expand academic, industrial, and government accounts.
• Set up and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Assist in creating RFP responses for potential clients.
• Coordinate customer training and support marketing efforts.
