Responsibilities

• Underwrite new requests and modifications from deal screen through loan approval and life of the loan.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and credit risk management to support sound lending decisions.
• Monitor ongoing credit risk via CCM activities and identify emerging risks.
• Prepare independent credit analyses with risk ratings and mitigants.
• Spread financial statements and build cash flow models for proposed transactions.
• Attend client/prospect calls to understand business and underwriting needs.
