RRD is hiring a second-shift equipment operator to operate statement rendering equipment in Charlotte, NC. You will capture, sort, and distribute documents, set up printers, monitor quality, and perform routine maintenance. Works under limited supervision and may act as senior operator on shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Knowledge of equipment setup, adjustments and operating characteristics.
• 3+ years of equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operates statement rendering equipment to process statements, letters, notices, etc.
• Capturing, sorting and/or distributing documents using machinery and setting up equipment.
• Maintain all equipment and systems and perform processing according to service levels.
• Perform complex maintenance and resolve routine to very complex problems.
• Acts as senior operator for one or more shifts and supports less senior staff.
