Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and at least 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, repetitive hand motion required and able to lift / push up to 50lbs.
• Requires excellent knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment
• 3+ years of equipment operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate statement rendering equipment to process statements, letters, notices, etc.
• Capture, sort and/or distribute documents using machinery to meet requirements, setting up equipment such as printer, roll feed, inserter, monitoring quality of product.
• Maintain all equipment and systems, performing processing according to service levels.
• Perform complex maintenance and repairs, identifying and resolving routine to very complex problems.
• Act as senior operator for one or more shifts, giving feedback and support to less senior staff.
• Exercise judgment within guidelines and back up work director.
• May provide basic reporting of department statistics.
• Considered a subject matter expert on multiple, complex machines and/or system applications.
• Work directly with technical vendors / technicians to identify and resolve equipment problems.
• May be required to participate and support testing for application installs.
