Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist II to provide inpatient occupational therapy services, working within an interdisciplinary team to evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and support discharge planning. The role includes case management duties and supervising OT assistants as applicable.

The position emphasizes collaboration with physicians, family/caregivers, and third-party payers, along with adherence to safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• California OT license is required; NBCOT certification preferred.
• Experience in an acute hospital setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient OT services during assigned shift, including weekends/holidays.
• Develop and update patient treatment plans with goals and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records per policy and regulatory standards.
