Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in InP wafer fabrication processing.
• Direct experience with DFB laser and gain chip wafer fabrication.
• Strong expertise in InP-based III-V semiconductor fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform grating fabrication using holographic lithography methods.
• Operate metal deposition tools including e-beam evaporation systems.
• Perform wet chemical etching for InP semiconductor materials.
• Assist in photolithography processes including resist coating and development.
• Own and manage assigned process modules within the wafer fabrication line.

Skills

Hands-on experience in III-V semiconductor processing

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)

Ability to manage multiple wafer fab process modules

Education

Associate’s degree preferred

Tools
