Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in backend semiconductor processing.
• Hands-on experience with lapping/thinning, metallization, and thermal processes.
• Understanding of InP-based compound semiconductor wafer fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Optimize backend wafer fab processes including lapping/thinning and RTA.
• Maintain AOI processes for defect detection and yield monitoring.
• Support new product introduction and evaluate process risks.
