Responsibilities

• Develop, grow and maintain diversified Inland Marine books of business.
• Assess risks, determine premiums, set conditions and negotiate deals to maximize profitability.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with agents and brokers, present proposals, negotiate deals and obtain approvals.
• Mentor underwriters and share best practices to improve team performance.
• Document account reviews, state‑compliant sign-offs and referrals per underwriting guidelines.
