Responsibilities

• Write new accounts and grow agent/broker relationships while pursuing renewals.
• Crunch numbers and review data to determine risk, premiums, policies and conditions.
• Present proposals, negotiate deals and obtain approvals.
• Mentor underwriters and share best practices to improve the team.
• Document reviews, state sign-offs, referrals, letters of authority, and follow underwriting guidelines.
