Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5-8 years of commercial lines underwriting experience preferred.
• CPCU or professional insurance designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow and maintain diversified Inland Marine books of business.
• Assess risks, determine premiums, set conditions and negotiate deals with agents/brokers.
• Mentor underwriters and share best practices within the team.
• Document account reviews, state‑compliant sign‑offs and referrals according to guidelines.
