Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking an experienced service professional to provide on-site support for Husky injection molding systems. You will troubleshoot, service, and optimize equipment, mentor teammates, and ensure reliable operation for customers.

Candidates should have post-secondary education in technical or engineering fields and 10+ years of maintenance and troubleshooting experience with injection molding equipment. Willingness to travel extensively is required.

Qualifications

Post-Secondary education is required in Technical or Engineering related studies.
10+ years of injection molding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting or related experience.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and make corrections to all control systems including hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and programmable controls.
Calibrate machines to achieve optimum performance and set up/maintain machines.
Provide system setup and startup support for all Husky equipment.
Develop an organized approach to solving machine problems using manuals, drawings and procedures.
Repair and/or replace components on machines, robots, product handling equipment and molds as required.
Develop and maintain superior customer relations and coordinate with internal resources for effective service.
Instruct service technicians and/or customer operators on maintenance and safe operation of injection molding systems.
