Husky Technologies is seeking an experienced field service professional to provide technical support, setup, and maintenance for injection molding systems. You will mentor team members and ensure high customer satisfaction across diverse sites in the region.

The role requires post-secondary engineering studies and 10+ years of related experience, with extensive travel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in Technical or Engineering related studies.
• 10+ years of injection molding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and correct control systems including hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and programmable controls.
• Calibrate machines to optimum performance and set up/maintain machines.
• Provide system setup and startup support for Husky equipment.
• Develop an organized approach to solving machine problems using manuals and drawings.
• Repair and/or replace components on machines, robots, molds as required.
• Develop and maintain superior customer relations.
• Coordinate with internal resources to ensure effective customer service.
• Instruct service technicians and customer operators on maintenance and safe operation of injection molding systems.
• Communicate with Call Center/SIF Team/Spare Parts Centers to resolve field issues.
• Provide written reports to the Service Team Leader.
• Arrange for the return of parts to Spare Parts Center.
• Perform all tasks assigned by the team leader.
