Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in technical or engineering related studies.
• 10+ years of injection molding equipment maintenance and troubleshooting or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair control systems for injection molding equipment.
• Calibrate machines and provide setup/startup support.
• Mentor and lead fellow service technicians in field assignments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service.
