The ideal candidate has 7+ years in plastics injection molding with 5+ years in leadership, plus strong data‑driven decision making. You will collaborate across Engineering, Quality, and Materials Management to drive cost

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 7+ years of plastics injection molding experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams and production processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Innovative problem-solving abilities with strong data interpretation skills.

Mansioni

• Hire, train, and evaluate production staff.
• Make decisions regarding daily production schedules, workflow processes, and resource allocation, including overtime, to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards, with the authority to halt production in case of safety violations or significant quality issues.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Materials Management to align on production goals and resource needs.
• Prepare analyze and present reports on production performance, quality metrics, and operational improvements to senior management.
